The 79th World Health Assembly (WHA) will take place from 18–23 May 2026 at the headquarters of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva. As the Organization’s principal decision-making body, the Assembly convenes delegations from all 194 Member States to set global health priorities and guide strategic direction. The 2026 agenda will focus on strengthening resilient and equitable health systems, advancing digital health, ensuring sustainable financing, and addressing pressing regional and global health challenges.
